Kim arranged all the product purchases, installed them with great respect for our cabinets and furnishings, and showed us how to use everything. Plus, her customer service is amazing. When commercial latches didn't work to keep the baby out of the laundry room (but still let the cats in), she invented her own very effective solution using materials from her construction kit - and when a commercial product wasn't up to her high standards, she arranged to install a replacement part.
